Is it important that people who are not from czech cant join clan or cant even the discused of?

You can switch forum language to english at the very bottom of the page just by clicking on Čeština 4GF.cz .... i'm not quite sure what you mean by joining a clan but you can get involved in any discusions you want i suppose
