Problems to connect on server and Teamspeak

Hallo,
sometimes i have problems to connect on server and to connect to teamspeak 4GF.CZ.This problem is only with the 4GF.CZ servers.When i have luck and i connect i have very much lags but my ping is normally.Here is a screenshot .Please mayby an Admin or someone can help me.

It seems like problem with network. In case of problems try to use WinMRT (http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/) and put to address bar our IP: 135.4gf.cz
