No crash when the recording device is missing. This fixes the no microphone crash issue.

Stats won't get encoded anymore.
Modded servers are now in serverbrowser displayed again properly.

How to install it ?
#1 Go into your CoD4 install dir.
#2 Rename the file "mss32.dll" into "miles32.dll" - Always skip this when you have already installed this version.
#3 Copy the new "mss32.dll" you have downloaded to your CoD4-folder
Don't rename mss32.dll into miles32.dll if miles32.dll is already there.
#4 Backup your profiles folder.
How to uninstall it ?
#1 Go into your CoD4 install dir.
#2 Delete mss32.dll - If there is not miles32.dll skip all steps.
#3 Rename the file "miles32.dll" into "mss32.dll"
#4 Restore your backed up profiles folder.

Well and please report new bugs. Report crashes (On which server and how it has happend)
Also report changed things which are quite obvious to a usual player please. As they shouldn't notice if this update is installed or not if possible.
